Job purpose

Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media. Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information. Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling. Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.

 Job Location:-Mumbai Region,Navi Mumbai,Thane.

Job Designation Customer Support Associate

Salary- 12000 to 22000/month

Desired Candidate Profile
Responsible for dealing with Premium Domestic and International Clients.
Understanding of Basic Computer concept
Strong verbal communication skills
Flexible to work in night shifts.

Education -
Any graduate/ undergraduate
12th pass / drop out
Fresher or Experienced
B. Tech graduate can also apply
