Position: Client Servicing

Key responsibilities, task and activities:
Developing leads with prospective and building an industry network ̢ۢ Development of bespoke presentations, including market research and data to build a powerful and persuasive proposals based on the marketing objectives and the business needs of potential clients.
To market our empanelled speakers for speaking engagements and key notes at various events, conferences and seminars with the purpose of entertaining and inspiring listeners. Design events and seminars as per client requirement. To get paid delegates and sell sponsorship packages for national and international conferences working closely with the Directors and any other team members as may be advised.
Create event specific pitch, proposals and coordinate with clients, work on smooth execution of the event/ conference. The majority of this person's time is spent managing the various sponsors, build up the relationship with the clients and be more focussed on business development needs. You will be responsible for meeting and beating the financial targets specified.
Create activation proposals for sponsors that align with their strategy ̢ۢ Be the central point of contact internally and externally for all partner related activity
To support the design and set up of sponsorship campaigns including copy writing and e-marketing, ensuring a consistent branding approach across all communication channels.
Ensure the digital, communications and other internal teams are fully aware of all campaign activities of sponsors.
Develop a distinct online presence by attracting high numbers of internet followers through social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Instagram.

• Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management. • The ability to work on their own initiative, effectively both as an individual and as part of a team. • Excited by challenges and motivated to find solutions that work for all parties. • Excellent IT Skills, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint. Proven track record in an equivalent sponsorship and exhibition space sales role · Excellent written and verbal English including grammatical ability · Ability to open, engage and close the deal · Ability to communicate at all levels ·Excellent personal time management skills · Sales driven
