Position:- Event Manager
Work Location:- Mumbai

Gender Both Male or Female would be fine but should be from Mumbai and should know Mumbais Geography
Characteristics - Pleasing personality (Every CV has to be sent with photograph), Excellent communication, Extrovert and outgoing.
Age 24 to 26 years
Work Experience 2 to 3 years into managing events and brand activations
Education : Ideally Bachelors in Mass Media but thats not the necessary qualification. We are fine with any graduation or post-graduation but the person has to be fitting the above specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Receive brief from sales person
Book campus permission, and maintain campus relationships
Manage and source personnel for the actual campaigns
Manage and train Campus managers and promoters
Secure and manage all campaign elements
Market research
Execute all campaigns on the ground e.g. sound events, career fairs
Compile feedback after a campaign
Compiling the relevant costing together
Manage and plan a budget
Briefing the support team properly.
Transparent constant feedback to sales person
Be open to campaign issues and can solve problems calmly under pressure.
Putting together an informative feedback presentation
Be able to manage and maintain a solid, trusting relationship with ALL clients
Exceed client expectation, keep client happy
