Job Title: Social Media and Client Servicing.

Experience: 1-7 years           

Role & Responsibilities Social Media and Client Servicing Manager : 

Responsible for managing client expectations on all aspects of digital marketing.
Understanding client goals/objectives and their entire digital marketing needs including SEM, Social Media, Display Advertising. Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing & more.

Research on industry & competitor trends to apply best practices to client portfolio 

Be instrumental in Client pitches with ideas from Social Media Marketing perspective.
Manage the social media marketing strategy focusing on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, YouTube, Slide Share

Closely work with internal & external teams in driving campaign strategy , to meet the objectives set & the end results

Plan social media campaigns, promotions and Social ad campaigns while owning & being accountable for all social media engagement metrics
Develop analytics reports and collate data, presenting analysis of campaigns and trends to all departments

Monitor trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.
Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of Social Media campaigns. Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.

Implementing Social Media SEO tactics aligned with our keywords and SEO strategies.

Ensure project delivery is closely mapped to ensure on-time, on-budget work

Should be able to strategize & plan along with Client & agency team to meet short term & long term objectives of client brand.

Role & Responsibilities Social Media and Client Servicing Executive:

Handle day-to-day reporting and client interaction
Closely work with internal teams to drive daily deliverables for 360 degrees digital marketing
Ensure error free operations
Research on industry competitor trends to apply best practices to client portfolio
If need be - travel to clients office for weekly/monthly meetings 

Candidate must have:

Understanding of all forms of social media marketing

Has a real passion for all things digital
Knowledge of digital technologies, platforms and channels of delivery
Extensive understanding of Social Media Platforms and brand integration
