Job Description : 

Primary Responsibilities 
establishing a relationship of trust and respect with students; 
agreeing a counselling contract to determine what will be covered in sessions (including confidentiality issues); 
encouraging students to talk about issues they feel they cannot normally share with others; 
actively listening to students concerns and empathising with their position; 
accepting without bias the issues raised by students 
helping students towards a deeper understanding of their concerns; 
helping students to make decisions and choices regarding possible ways forward; 
attending supervision and training courses; 
working to agreed targets in relation to admissions contact; 
keeping records and using reporting tools. 
responsible for providing educational guidance and assistance for students 
planning schedules, recommending courses and determining appropriate education solutions for different types of students. 
student Relationship - Relationship maintenance with existing students, follow up, Guiding to professional to ensure repeat business
