1. Understanding the client & briefing the team

3. Audit of Social Media Brand Pages as per scope of work
4. Facilitating Digital Brand Image Enhancement through research
5. Creating progress reports for clients
6. Co-ordination with Content, Design, Media & Development teams to facilitate completion of brief
7. Handling blogger and other initiatives assigned by the client or management
8. Creating Way Forward presentations, leading ideation & presenting slide decks to the client
9. Analyzing competitors & spotting new trends
10. Scheduling client meetings, following up for payments & invoices
11. Supporting Communications team during live events to deliver all tasks based on brand image development
