Job description :
This role requires a high level of creativity and attention to detail. You must be able to distill complex information into clear, concise text.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with developers, designers, product managers and subject matter experts to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements
• Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.
• Communicate with development and product teams to ensure quality content.
• Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides.
• Write technical blogs on an ongoing basis to support and build awareness about product.
• Create tutorials to help end-users use the product, along with delivering powerful presentations and products demos requirements.
• Outstanding writing skills, grammatical ability, editorial skills and attention to detail.
• Exemplary written and verbal communication skills in English. Hindi will be an added advantage.
